Contact and support

Get help in the right Discord channel.

Use public forum channels for reproducible bugs and hero corrections. Use a private ticket for personal submissions, removal requests, and sensitive matters.

Main contact method

Contact Conquest Lab through Discord

The Conquest Lab Discord is the primary location for website support, data corrections, bug reports, community discussion, and private requests.

Public support

Report a website bug

Create a forum post in the #bug-reports channel. Include the affected page, what you expected, what happened, your browser or device, and steps that reproduce the problem. Add a screenshot when useful.

Do not include passwords, account credentials, private messages, payment details, or other sensitive information.

Hero information

Submit a hero-data correction

Create a forum post in the #data-submissions channel. Include the hero name, incorrect information, proposed correction, and screenshots or gameplay evidence when available.

Private support

Open a support ticket

Use a private Discord ticket for submission problems, data-removal requests, moderation matters, or issues that should not be discussed publicly.

Removal requests

Request removal of submitted data

Open a private support ticket and provide at least one of these two identifiers:

  • The display name entered with the submission
  • The submission reference number

Without either identifier, Conquest Lab cannot reliably verify which submission belongs to the requester.

Request both removals at the same time.

To request removal from both the submission-review sheet and the verified research dataset, state that clearly in the original ticket. Once the submission row is removed—or after it expires from the submission sheet—the connection to an anonymous verified battle may no longer be recoverable.

See the Privacy Policy retention section for the full process.
