1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Conquest Lab collects, uses, stores, and handles information submitted through the website and related support channels.
Conquest Lab is an independent community research project. This policy does not control how third-party services such as Discord, Cloudflare, or Google handle information under their own policies.
2. Information collected
Information you submit
Battle forms may collect an optional display name, Conquest stage or Arena mode, player and enemy power, both formations and positions, result, heroes remaining, battle date or game version, notes, a generated submission reference, and submission or review timestamps.
Support tickets and Discord forum posts contain whatever information you choose to provide through Discord.
Technical information
Hosting, security, and service providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, request time, and security signals. Conquest Lab does not ask for Kingshot passwords, Discord passwords, payment credentials, or verification codes.
3. How information is used
- Review and verify battle submissions
- Detect duplicates, mistakes, spam, or manipulated data
- Build aggregated Conquest and Arena research
- Improve recommendations, hero information, guides, and site features
- Respond to support, correction, and removal requests
- Protect the website and submission systems
Unreviewed submissions do not automatically alter verified recommendations.
4. Service providers and external platforms
- Cloudflare for hosting, delivery, security, and planned Turnstile protection. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
- Google Apps Script and Google Sheets for submission processing and private storage. See the Google Privacy Policy.
- Discord for support, forum posts, and tickets. See the Discord Privacy Policy.
These providers may process information according to their own terms and policies.
7. Retention and removal
Reviewed submissions may remain in the private submission-review sheet for up to 365 days after review. After that period, the original submission row may be removed from the submission sheet.
Verified or aggregated battle information derived from a submission may remain in the research dataset after the original submission row is removed.
To request removal from both the original submission sheet and the verified research dataset, open a private Discord ticket and make both requests at the same time. Include either the display name used for the submission or the submission reference number.
Once the original submission row has been deleted or has expired, Conquest Lab may have no reliable way to determine which anonymous verified battle came from that contributor. A person who did not enter a display name and no longer has the submission reference number may be unable to verify ownership of a row.
Removing a submission does not require removal of anonymous conclusions, calculations, or aggregated statistics that cannot reasonably be linked back to a person.
8. Your choices
You may choose not to enter a display name and may avoid submitting battle data. Depending on applicable law and whether the information can be verified and located, you may request access, correction, or deletion through a private Discord ticket.
9. Children
Conquest Lab is not directed to children under 13 or below the minimum age required by applicable law. Users accessing Discord must also comply with Discord’s age requirements and terms.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the site adds security tools, saved preferences, analytics, affiliate links, donations, advertisements, or other features. The date at the top will be changed when revised.
11. Contact
Privacy, correction, and removal requests should be submitted through a private ticket in the Conquest Lab Discord.
